easy walks to charming parks and delicious eateries
I loved that I could stroll to the nearby International Rose Test Garden in just about 20 minutes, and I found it so convenient to grab a quick coffee at Groundwork Coffee Co, just a few steps away, making my mornings absolutely delightful.

I adored the inviting atmosphere of the lobby, which was bright and spacious, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate. The staff's friendliness added to the comforting decor, enhancing the overall experience during my stay.
Elevator could be faster and less crowded.

Clean and courteous staff made for a pleasant stay.
The hotel room was subpar, with a wall view for five days. The odor was unbearable, and even after switching floors, the dusty HVAC made breathing difficult at night. There were ants on the desk and bugs in the bed. I don't think this is acceptable for any hotel.

Great breakfast and friendly staff, but slow elevator during peak hours was frustrating.

The Queen room was spacious and super clean. Beds were comfy, and I loved that there was a microwave and fridge. The A/C worked perfectly during the heat wave, which was a lifesaver. I also appreciated the coffee maker in the room. The shower could've been a bit bigger, but overall, the room met all our needs just fine.

The perfect location allows for easy access to a variety of local pubs and restaurants, making every visit enjoyable. Clean and spacious rooms come with comfortable beds, while the 24/7 complimentary coffee station is a nice touch. However, the cramped shower and a noisy surrounding area can be a bit off-putting at times. Although the breakfast included some tasty options, improvements in elevator speed would enhance the overall experience.

Oh man, the breakfast options were an unexpected delight! Those fresh croissants were way too good to just stop at one. Plus, the friendly staff kept the vibes high, making me feel at home right away.
The area around the hotel had its charm, but the noise and cramped shower left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. Had to dodge a few not-so-pretty sights outside, which was a buzzkill.
